1、天津理工大学硕士学位论文废旧冰箱处理企业设施规划与设计姓名：吴雅丽申请学位级别：硕士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：苑清敏;胡彪20081201摘要废旧冰箱作为一种固体废弃物具有其特殊性。第一是冰箱结构中含有许多对环境有害的物质；第二是含有大量的钢材、铜材、塑料等宝贵的原材料。因此，对废旧冰箱处理进行研究有很重要的现实意义，是实现循环经济和建设节约型社会的重要举措。建立废旧冰箱处理企业是实现对废旧冰箱专业化、规模化处理的最有效的途径。而建立此种企业的关键就是企业的设施规划与设计。与传统的基于正向物流的生

2、产加工企业的设施规划设计不同，本文从逆向物流的角度，对废旧冰箱处理企业进行了设施规划设计。其组成部分主要包括：废旧冰箱数量预测、企业选址规划、废旧冰箱处理工艺设计和企业布置设计等。主要内容如下：(1)采用灰色预测方法对废旧冰箱的报废总量进行预测。(2)重点研究了基于逆向物流的废旧冰箱处理企业选址方法和选址战略。(3)在对国内外废旧冰箱回收处理工艺流程及关键技术进行深入分析的基础上，总结了—套符合我国国情的废旧冰箱整体处理、拆卸和分类回收的工艺流程。(4)在设计的工艺流程的基础上采用SLP法进行处理企业
