1、第28卷第1期四川农业大学学报Vol.28No.12010年3月JournalofSichuanAgriculturalUniversityMar.2010红花檵木叶色变化过程中叶形态特征和色素含量变化袁明,贾学静,段振华(四川农业大学生命科学与理学院,四川雅安625014)摘要:红花檵木是一种在园林绿化上广泛应用的彩叶植物,夏季叶片会出现/返青0现象,导致观赏价值降低。本文对红花檵木红叶和绿叶、红花檵木回复突变的绿叶以及檵木叶片的叶形态特征和色素含量进行了研究,结果表明:¹檵木的叶鲜重、干重、含水量和叶面积都比不同类型的红花檵木叶片下降,但是单位面积的鲜重、干重和含水量增加,质体色
2、素含量和花青苷含量及其各类色素间比值与红花檵木转绿和复绿的叶片相近;º回复突变的红花檵木叶鲜重、含水量、比叶重、叶面积和色素特征等特征均与转绿叶片相似;»红叶转绿后,叶鲜重和叶含水量显著下降,但是叶干重显著增加,各种质体色素含量上升,花青苷含量急剧下降,说明红花檵木转绿过程中逐渐失水,并伴随新物质的积累。关键词:檵木;红花檵木;叶特征;质体色素;花青苷中图分类号:S68文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-2650(2010)01-0073-05VariationofLeafMorphologyandPigmentContentintheProcessofLeafColorTransfo
