1、第2卷第4期北方交通大学学报(社会科学版)Vol.2No142003年12月JournalofNorthernJiaotongUniversity(SocialSciencesEdition)Dec.2003产业组织理论的主要流派与近期进展董艳华,荣朝和(北京交通大学经济管理学院,北京100044)摘要:产业组织理论以企业间的垄断与竞争关系研究为核心,并逐渐扩展到对企业内部组织制度,以及企业与政府之间关系的研究。本文分析了发达资本主义国家不同经济阶段产业组织理论的发展和产业组织政策,并对产业组织理论的主要流派,包括哈佛学派、芝加哥学派、可竞争理论及新产业组织理论等的观点、研究方法和代
2、表人物进行了介绍与评价,指出不同理论之间既有批判又有继承,并在不同的经济背景下分别成为各国政府产业组织政策的主要理论工具。作者认为,在研究方法上重新重视经验研究,在研究对象上立足于全球化和知识经济背景将是产业组织理论未来发展的主要趋势。此外,网络型基础产业组织理论框架的建立对于这些行业的改革具有现实而紧迫的意义。关键词:产业组织理论;流派;SCP分析框架;垄断;竞争;产业政策;网络型基础产业中图分类号:F014文献标识码:A文章编号:1671-9514(2003)04-0010-06MainSchoolsofIndustrialOrganizationTheoryandItsNewD

4、lasenterprise_governmentrelationships.ThepaperanalyzesthemaindevelopmentsofIOTheoryandtheindustrialorganizationpolicyindevelopednationsatdifferenthistoricalstages.Itshowstheview-points,methodology,andrepresentativesofvariousIOtheoriesschools,suchastheHarvardSchool,theChicagoSchool,ContestableMa
5、rketTheoryandtheNewIOtheory.Althoughdisapprovalsexisteda-mongthevariousmainschoolsofIndustrialOrganizationTheory,theyalsoinheritedeachother,andbe-camemaintheoreticalsupportforgovernments.industrialorganizationpolicyunderdifferenteconomybackgroundrespectively.Accordingtotheauthors,re_attachingim
