1、第17页洗钱罪的危害及防范研究摘要在当今经济全球化和经济一体化一体化的条件下，洗钱行为已不单单限于一国领域，而是一种跨国性犯罪。洗钱罪是一种新型的犯罪活动。由于洗钱掩盖犯罪所得的非法性质，使司法机关难以追查犯罪，使得犯罪越来越猖獗；洗钱活动还危害国家金融秩序，进而影响市场经济体系，对国家经济发展造成重大危害；洗钱猖獗又造成不良的社会风气，助长了上游犯罪集体他一些犯罪横行，进而影响威胁国家及世界政治和经济秩序。洗钱犯罪已成为我国及国际社会面临的一大公害，因此，严厉打击洗钱罪刻不容缓。本文重点阐明洗钱罪的几个问题：首先，简述洗钱罪的基本理论。其次，分析了和探讨了我国洗钱罪的现状。最后，深
