4、TheirRoleinFlexibleLearningexaminedanumberofexistinghighquality,ICT-basedlearningimplementationstodetermineifthelearningdesignsemployedcanbere-disseminatedintheformofreusableguidelines,templates,and/orsoftwaretools.Anevaluationinstrumentwasdevelopedtoanalyseth
5、edegreetowhichthelearningdesignshavepotentialtofosterhighqualitylearning.Thispaperfocusesonthisinstrumentbydescribinghowitwasderived,howitwasappliedandthefeedbackreceivedfromevaluatorsaboutitsusefulness.Thepaperconcludesbyprovidingimplicationsforpracticeonhowt
