2、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+／CD8+)的百分比；同时用免疫组织化学S-P法对尖锐湿疣患者皮损的表、真皮T细胞亚群进行测定。结果CA组夕卜周血CD4+T细胞表达率(25．21±5，77％)明显低于jF常对照组(35．05±3．06％)，CD8+T细胞表达率(39．344-7．46％)显著高于正常对照组(26．394-2．32％)，二者均具有显著的统计学差异口
