1、AbstractAsanewinformationtechnology,cloudcomputingprovideservicetovarious usersthroughresourcepoolwhichconsistsoflargenumbersofcomputersconnectedby theinternet.CloudcomputingcanimprovetheutilizationofITinfrastructureand reducetheICTexpensesforitsusers.C-RANisanewaccessnet

2、workarchitecture basedoncloudcomputing.Benefitfromthecentralizedandvirtualizedbaseband processingresources,C-RANcanscheduleingthebasebandresourceflexiblyand reducetheconstructionandoperationexpensesofthewirelesscellularnetworkgreatly. Inthispaper,weproposedanewresourceall

3、ocationalgorithmbaseonbusiness characteristicsunderdistributedcloudenvironment.Inaddition,weproposeda basebandresourcescheduleingschemebaseontheC-RANarchitecture.First,weproposedanewresourceallocationalgorithmbaseonbusiness characteristicsunderdistributedcloudenvironment.

4、Inthisalgorithm,weproposedtwo parameters:delayfactorandpricefactor,todescribethebusinesscharacteristicofthe cloudusers.Resourceschedulercalculatesthecostindexaccordingtothebusiness characteristicofeachuserandstateofdatacenterbusiness,thenallocatethecloud resourcebasedonth

5、ecostindex.Simulationresultsshowthattheproposedalgorithm canreducethecostofclouduserwhichhasdifferentbusinesscharacteristics.Then,consideringthecharacteristicsofC-RANenvironment,abasebandresource schedulingschemewasproposed.Intheproposedscheme,eachtraditionalcellis mapped

6、toalogiccell,thenwestudythebasebandresourceschedulingproblemwithin alogiccell.Wesolvethebasebandresourceschedulingproblembydivideditintotwo sub-problem:businessschedulingproblemandcomputeresourcescheduleproblem, andproposedabusinessschedulingalgorithmandcomputingresources
