5、ntroductionWiththecontinuouslyrapiddevelopmentofworldmanufacturingindustry,thedemandsforproducingpartswith“lowercost,bestquality,quicktime-to-market,customerfocusedaswellaslifecycleservice”havebeenincreasedtremendously.Thedesignandmanufacturinglevelo
6、fdieandmold,whichworksasanimportanttoolforplasticityforming,willcausedirectimpactontheproductqualityandworkingefficiencyindifferentfieldssuchasmechanicalandelectronicindustry.Sofar,theplasticityformingaswellasdie&moldtechnologyhavebeendevelopedgreatl
7、yandcanbeembodiedas:(1)thefundamentaltheoryofmetalforminghasbeenestablishedgenerally;(2)theFEM-basednumericalsimulationtechnologyhasbeendevelopedsteadilywhichprovidesanewapproachtorealizetheessentialsofformingprocesses;(3)withthecontinuouslydeepappli
