6、euniquepropertiesofCNTs,inwhichthehighratioofsurfacetovolumeandthequasi—ballistictransportpropertiesplayanimportantrole.TheelectronicpropertiesofCNTsareseriouslyinfluencedbytheirradiusandhelicity,whichlimitstheirapplications.Alotofattentionshavebeenattr
