1、2012年2月第9卷第4期·论著·虾青素抗肝肿瘤生长的实验研究陈立武1曾维铨21.福建省第二人民医院普外科,福建福州350002;2.福建省第二人民医院二化分院外科,福建福州350003[摘要]目的探讨虾青素抗肝肿瘤生长的作用及其可能的作用机制。方法建立Hepa1-6荷瘤小鼠模型,根据虾青素处理浓度不同将24只小鼠分为对照组、低剂量组(10mg/kg)、中剂量组(30mg/kg)、高剂量组(60mg/kg),每组各6只,观察虾青素对肿瘤生长的影响,并检测虾青素对荷瘤鼠淋巴细胞增殖和杀伤的影响。结果处理后第20天,对照组肿瘤体积均大于低、中、高剂量组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.
