1、摘要近年来，随着我国公路客运行业的快速发展，如何构建一套全面、准确、科学、适用的评价指标体系，来对行业进行有效的管理和监控，以此充分发挥出公路客运行业的特点和作用，提升行业竞争力，创造更好的经济和社会效益，已成为行业管理部门高度关注的问题。本文以促进公路客运行业发展为前提，从行业管理的角度出发，首先对公路客运的定义、系统构成、比较优势、产品特性及其在综合运输系统中的地位和作用等内容进行概述，明确了我国公路客运在综合运输体系中的特点和重要性。在此基础上，就我国公路客运行业总体发展状况和存在问题进行了探讨，并结合实际，运用SWOT(Strength，Weakness，Op

2、portunity，Threat)分析法指出了我国公路客运行业发展面临的机遇与挑战。接下来对推动行业发展的主要因素进行分析，并将这些主要影响因素作为行业评价的主要对象。在构建指标评价体系的基本原则和方法的基础上，运用系统理论的方法，构建了公路客运行业评价指标体系，该评价指标体系包括行业贡献评价指标、行业地位评价指标和行业内部运行评价指标三个子体系。并结合我国公路客运行业管理的特点，提出完善评价指标体系的配套保障措施和实施建议。最后，在上述研究的基础上，得出本文的结论、创新点以及进一步研究的建议。关键词：公路客运、行业管理、评价、指标体系AbstractInrecent
