7、至2012年4月30日期间南京军区福州总医院和福建省妇幼保健院胎儿畸形孕妇资料,针对胎儿心血管畸形类型,在同时期(估计受孕日期相差<30d)的病例资料中,按照1∶1的比例随机抽取正常活产孕妇作为相应对照组。大气污染物PM10数据由福建省环境监测中心站提供,为2007年1月1日至2012年4月30日福州市4个监测点(国控)PM10的日均浓度值。病例-对照组每名孕妇个体PM10暴露值是根据每名孕妇所提供的详细家庭住址计算其所处的经纬度而确定的个体日均PM10暴露浓度。采用两配对样本t检验比较各畸形组与对照组妊娠第1、2、3月和1~3个月PM1
