4、rds,academichighfrequencywords,andspecializedwords).Furtherexplorationofthelexicaldataindicateshighnumbersofregister-speci®cwordsatalllevelsofvocabulary,particularlyatthemorespecializedlevelswherethepotentialforprotractedvocabularygrowthisthegreatest.Asubsequentdiscussio
