2、ity:HebeiUniversityDataofExamination:June,2012摘要摘要本文以地方高水平大学师资队伍建设问题为研究对象,选择H大学为个案,采用文献法、个案研究法和比较法等研究方法,运用人力资源管理理论和SWOT理论,分析了H大学师资队伍建设过程中所具有的优势和潜力,存在的差距与不足,以及实施措施等问题。研究发现H大学非常重视师资队伍建设,树立了“人力资源是第一资源”的理念,实施“人才强校”战略。尤其是自“十五”规划以来,H大学采取多种措施积极促进学校师资队伍的发展,并取得良好的成效。近十年来,H大学教师队伍的规模不断扩大,结构逐步改善,高层次人才引进和
3、培养效果突出,中年骨干教师成绩显著,教师的科研能力和整体素质明显提高。基于H大学师资队伍建设的成功经验,笔者提出了一些对策和建议,例如,实施“软引进”,拓宽师资来源路径;稳定与流动相结合,建立开放的师资运行机制;高水平的师资培养,构建合理的人才梯队;严格晋升标准,实行多元化考核评价;加强学科建设,营造良好的工作环境等,以期为地方高水平大学师资队伍建设有些许帮助。关键词地方大学高水平大学地方高水平大学师资队伍建设IAbstractAbstractThisthesismainlystudiestheconstructionofteachingfacultyatthelocalhigh
