1、摘要近年来，随着生活品味及生活水平的不断提高，人们对欧式木窗的需求量也越来越大。欧式木窗不仅具有外形美观，品味高档的特点，而且具有保温节能的功能。在全球气温变暖，提倡节能减排的今天，研究欧式木窗及加工设备具有十分重要的意义。本文阐述了国内外开榫技术的现状，并对开榫的原理做了简单的介绍。对比分析了传统木窗和欧式木窗的优缺点，并对木窗的榫连接方式进行了分类总结，由此引出新型的欧式木窗暗斜榫结构。在分析圆头直榫和圆头直榫榫眼的数学理论模型的基础上建立了新型欧式木窗暗斜榫的数学模型，分析了新型的欧式木窗暗

2、斜榫结构，制定了暗斜榫的加工工艺过程，为设计暗斜榫数控加工设备提供了理论依据。本文以暗斜榫加工工序为基础，设计了欧式木窗暗斜榫数控加工设备的整体结构及机床主运动系统和进给机构，该设备可以实现在X、Y、Z三个方向上的移动。最后在Pm／E环境下，创建零部件的三维模型，并按照机构原理装配到一起，然后利用Pro／E的机构仿真功能模拟欧式木窗暗斜榫的加工过程，为机床的实际生产做好前期准备。开发该项技术和设备，在很大程度上丰富了国内数控木工机床的市场，满足了人们对欧式木窗的需求，对提高我国木材加工业的数控化程
