2、governmentalorganizationsrepresentingusersofthePCTsystem.AttheFifthSessionofthePCTWorkingGroup,heldinGenevafromMay29toJune1,2012,itwasagreedthattheInternationalBureauwouldconsultwithOfficesonproposedmodificationstotheROGLsdealingwiththerestorationoftherightofpriorityunderPCTRul
3、e26bis.3(seedocumentsPCT/WG/5/13,paragraph29(d)andPCT/WG/5/22Rev.,paragraph302).TheproposedmodificationsprovidedetailedguidancetoOfficesonhowtoprocessincomingrequestsforrestorationoftherightofpriorityaswellasontheinterpretationsofthe“duecare”and“unintentional”criteria.Theparagr
