1、增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者玻璃体腺苷浓度和增殖膜中CD73表达研究郎敏1袁容娣2陈春林1霍妍1邹欢1叶剑1(400042,重庆,第三军医大学大坪医院野战外科研究所眼科1)(400037,重庆,第三军医大学新桥医院眼科2)[摘要]目的通过检测增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferativediabeticretinopathy,PDR)患者玻璃体腺苷浓度及增殖膜CD73的表达,探讨增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变与玻璃体腺苷浓度及增殖膜CD73表达之间的关系。方法收集在本院眼科行玻璃体切除手术的患者共30例,分为增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR共16例16
2、眼)组和对照组(孔源性视网膜脱离、黄斑前膜、特发性黄斑裂孔共14例14眼)。于患者玻璃体切除手术中收集玻璃体、视网膜增殖膜及黄斑前膜。应用高效液相荧光检测法检测患者玻璃体腺苷的浓度,Westernblot检测膜样本中CD73蛋白的表达。结果人眼玻璃体腺苷浓度及增殖膜CD73酶在PDR组表达高于对照组(62.37±11.47μMvs30.34±6.41μM;0.84±0.08vs0.39±0.05),差异均具有统计学意义(t=9.480,P=0.000;t=7.15,P=0.002)。结论腺苷和CD73在PDR患者的玻璃体及增殖膜中的表达较非视网
