2、风险。本文从网络招聘的基本理论入手，通过对网络招聘的优势、劣势及我国网络招聘现状的研究，使企业可以通过加强人力资源的管理和规划、严格规范管理机构和体质、加强自身网站建设、合理选择新兴网络招聘方式等措施来降低在网络招聘中的风险；求职者通过提防“猎头公司”、保护个人信息、学法、懂法、用法、切勿轻易交费等措施来降低在网络求职中的风险；提出了政府应该完善网络招聘中的法律规范、企业应该利用网络优势培养高素质管理人员以加强招聘人员的质量、采取网络招聘与其他招聘方式结合的招聘方式、强化伦理道德教育、加强企业与高校的联系等建议，优化整个网络招聘环境，降低网络招聘的风
