1、本科毕业设计论文题目网络招聘的风险研究系别管理系专业人力资源管理摘要摘要随着市场经济的不断发展,企业之间的人才竞争也越来越激烈,能否快速地找到本企业所需要的人才已成为各企业人力资源管理所面临的难题。网络招聘经过几年的发展和完善,以其成本低、覆盖面广、效率高等优点越来越受到众多企业和求职者的青睐。但是,伴随着网络招聘的发展也出现了一些问题,网络招聘对于企业和求职者来说,一边以它独有的优势给企业和求职者带来许多方便,一边也以它独特的招聘方式给企业和求职者带来了许多风险。本文从网络招聘的基本理论入手,通过对网络招聘的优势、劣势及我国网络招聘现状的研究,使企业可以通过加强人力资
2、源的管理和规划、严格规范管理机构和体质、加强自身网站建设、合理选择新兴网络招聘方式等措施来降低在网络招聘中的风险;求职者通过提防“猎头公司”、保护个人信息、学法、懂法、用法、切勿轻易交费等措施来降低在网络求职中的风险;提出了政府应该完善网络招聘中的法律规范、企业应该利用网络优势培养高素质管理人员以加强招聘人员的质量、采取网络招聘与其他招聘方式结合的招聘方式、强化伦理道德教育、加强企业与高校的联系等建议,优化整个网络招聘环境,降低网络招聘的风险。关键词:网络招聘,风险,求职者,企业IABSTRACTABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofthemarket
