1、摘要不压井作业是指在井筒内有油、气、水压力存在的情况下,进行带压起下管柱的作业。鉴于不压井作业相对于常规压井作业具有一定优势,所以在国内开展不压井作业装置的研究势在必行,本课题就是在这样的情况下提出来的。通过分析不压井作业工艺及装置在国内外的发展及应用现状,分析国内外不同类型不压井作业装置的优缺点,并根据我国油井的具体情况,确定目前应发展辅助型短冲程不压井作业装置,在了解不压井作业装置核心技术的基础上,设计出适合我国油田的不压井作业装置。通过现场调研和文献阅读,了解国内外不压井作业装置的发展现状;在对不压井作业装置使用要求进行分析的基础
2、上,研究了不压井作业装置的基本原理并对总体方案进行了设计。‘在总体方案设计的基础上,对不压井作业装置井口密封防喷系统、举升系统和井下堵塞器进行了结构设计,其中不压井作业井口装置主要完成了井口密封系统、举升系统、支撑系统等的设计,并利用Pro/E软件对各系统进行了三维建模。利用ANSYS软件对单闸板防喷器壳体进行了有限元分析,对堵塞器胶筒压缩变形过程进行了分析。利用AMESim软件对举升系统液压控制系统进行了计算机仿真,分析了举升液压缸的同步性。关键词:不压井作业装置;有限元分析;液控仿真AbstractThesnubbingservic
