2、differentoccupationsorinterests,themicroblognetworkexistsmanydifferentkindsofcommunity.Thepurposeofmicroblogcommunitydiscoveryistofindthecommunitiesinamicroblognetworkinwhichtheusershavethelargestsimilarityamongthem.Obviously,techniquesindataminingcanbeusedi
3、nthenetworktodetectthecommunitystructuresinit.Scholarsathomeandabroaddolotsofresearchaboutitandachievesomeresults.Butwiththedevelopmentofinternetandsocialnetworktools,people’swayofcommunicationischanging,whichmakesmanyconventionalalgorithmsbenotsuitableforne
4、wsocialnetworktoolsanylonger.Conventionalcommunitydiscoveryalgorithmsaregenerallybasedoneitherlinksorinterestsanddon’ttakelimitsofobtainingmicroblogusers’socialinformationintoconsideration.Asaresult,theycan’tdetectmultiplecommunitieseffectively.Insuchcase,ba
5、sedontheanalysisofexistingalgorithmsofwebcommunitiesdiscovery,thisthesisfocusesonmicroblogcommunitydiscoverybasedonLabelPropagationAlgorithm.Themaincontentsofthisthesisareasfollow:(1)UseSinaWeiboasanexample,wediscussthemicroblog’stypes,structurefeaturesandfu
6、nctions.Moreover,wealsointroducetheexistingwebcommunitymodel,scale-freeproperty,linksandhomogeneity.(2)Weintroduceandanalyzetheclassicaltechnologiesofcommunitydetectionandsomebasismethodsfortextmining.(3)Formicroblog,whichisawidelyusedsocialmedia,weusetheLab
7、elPropagationAlgorithmasthefoundation,afterhaveananalysisofthetopicrelevancybetweenthenodesinanetworkandtheprobabilityoflabelpropagationbetweenthenodes,weproposeanalgorithmformicroblogcommunitydiscoveryfromtheperspectiveofcomplexnetworkanalysis.Thendosomeexp
8、erimentsonarealSinaWeibodataset.Wecompareouralgorithmwithtwoexistedalgorithms(GNAlgorithmandSpectralBisectionMethod).Theexperimentalresultsshowthatouralgorithmhasagoodperformanceoncommunitydisco
