3、tionsforcalculatingeachrateateachofthesethreelevels.AlloftheinformationpresentedinthisreportweredevelopedusingdatasubmittedbyschooldistrictsthroughtheStudentInformationManagementSystem(SIMS).AdditionalinformationonthedataelementscontainedinSIMScanbefoundat:http://www.doe
