2、enystrainswereobtained,andtheywereexaminedthecompetitiveabilityagainstTrichodermaspp.andPseudomonastolaasiiusingadualculturesystemandbaggrowingsystem.Thepurposeofthisstudyisforbreedingandscreeningnewstrainsresistancetodiseaseofoystermushroom.Theresultsareasfollows:1.309monocaryoticstrainso

3、foystermushroomwereobtained,mostofthemwereselectedforcrossbreeding,and864crosscombinationswereproduced.Then77newcrossingprogeniesstrainswereobtainedbybearingexperiments.Throughsecondscreening,27strainswereobtainedwithhighergrowthrate,vigorouslymyceliumgrowth,perfectshapeoffruitbadyanddiffe

4、rentwithparents.2.ThroughRAPDanalysisbetweenhybridstrainsandparents,25hybridstrains,whicharethenewstrainshavesignificantgeneticdifferenceswithparents,2hybridstrainsgeneticvariationofsterilelineswasclosetoparents.3.Bycomparingthemyceliumgrowthwithdifferenttemperature,fourstrainsasP2,P3,P6an

5、dP8aregrowingfasterat25℃.ThestrainsasP6,P19,P20aregrowingfasterat30℃,andthestrainasP19isgrowingfastestinallstrains,thegrowthrateofmyceliawasfasterthantheirparentsas4.8mm/d,8.9mm/d.SixstrainsasP2,P20,P23,P24,P25hadtheabilityofhightemperaturetolerance.4.Comparedexperimentsamongmaterials,frui

6、tbodyyieldsoftenstrainswerehigherthantheirparentalstrains,fivestrainswerehigherthanoneoftheirparentalstrains.ThehighestyieldasP23andP30.III5.ThoughexaminedthecompetiveabilityofhybridstrainsagainstTrichodermaharzianumT12andTrichodermapleurotumT33,Theantagonisticexperimentshowedthatthreestra
