1、LC配合胆道镜与LC联合EST治疗继发性胆总管结石疗效分析杜强张小斌余燕傧纪刚叶旸张副庆江西省景德镇市第一人民医院外2科(333000)[摘要]目的：总结应用腹腔镜与胆道镜或十二指肠镜联合对胆囊结石继发胆总管结石患者的治疗经验。方法：对我院2006-01~2012-01，78例应用腹腔镜配合胆道镜手术方式，与同期随机筛选的79例腹腔镜联合十二指肠镜手术方式治疗胆总管继发性结石，从手术时间、术中情况、住院时间、医疗费用、术后并发症情况等进行对比分析。结果：78例腹腔镜配合胆道镜手术组在手术适应症、术后并发症、住院总费用术后并发症的发生率等项目上优势明显；而在手术时间、中转开腹、T

7、monbileductstones胆囊结石合并胆总管继发性结石的治疗方法有传统外科手术方式和腹腔镜联合胆道镜或十二指肠镜（内镜）的微创手术方式。我院自2006年1月~2012年1月共收治胆囊结石继发胆总管结石病例共计283例，实施腹腔镜联合内镜治疗的病例共计212例，其中应用LC配合胆道镜手术的有78例，而应用LC联合十二指肠镜治疗的病例有134例。为了比较两组微创手术方式治疗继发性胆总管结石的疗效，我们随机筛选了79例接受8LC联合EST治疗的病例设为对照组，与78例接受LC配合胆道镜手术
