3、，德州凭借卫运河与铁路的水陆并联运输重获交通优势，并利用这一优势继续发展转口贸易。经济的发展与城市基础设施建设相互促进，像交通、通讯等方面均有了长足的发展，但是，与民生有关的如消防、饮水、卫生等方面的建设工作却处于滞后状态。新式教育在近代发展很快，但也存在着诸多问题。关键词近代德州转口贸易交通教育IAbstractAbstractDezhouislocatedinthenorthwestofShanDongprovinceandclosetotheborderofHeBeiprovince.Dezhousitsbesidethebeijin
