2、ry,opticsaswellasdailylife.Micro.injectionmoldinghasmanygoodfeatures,suchas,lowproductioncost,widelyadaptabilityofmaterials,applicabilityforcomplexgeometryandsize,continuouslyandautomatlyproductionandSOon.Now,researchersarefouceontheaspectsofthemicroinjectionmol

3、dingequipment,themicro—moldmanufacturingandprocessing,themicromoldingmaterialselection,micro—moldingprocesscontrol,themicro.moldingformingtheoryandnumericalsimulationanalysis,themicroproductsqualitycharacterizationofthemicro-injectionmoldingtechnology.Inthiswork

4、,TheinfluenceofprocessingparametersonthefillingbehaviorsofiPPmicroarraystructuralWasinvestigatedbynumericalanalysisandinjectionmoldingexperiments.Themaincontentsandconclusionsareasfollows:(1)ProductModle,Thethree.dimensionalmodeloftheproductisdrawedbythePro/E3Dg

5、raphicssoftware.whichsizeis16mm×12mm×3mm,mecylinderdiameteriS500gm.andthereiS2mmdistancebetweencolumns.BeforeweusetheMoldflowsoftwaretosimulatethemeltedpolymerfillingprocess,weshouldfirstmeshthemodle.Inordertoobtaintheaccuracyanalysisanduniformitymesh,weusetheHy

6、permeshsoftwaretomeshtheproductmodel,andthecavityandthemicro.structureismeshedbydifferentmeshingstrategies,theglobaledgelengthofthebaseandthecylindricalis0.5mmand0.1mm.ThenthemodelisimportedintoMoldflowsoftwaretocreatetherunnersandthenstartingthesimulationanalys

7、is.Fromthefillinganalysisresultweknowthatthegatingsystemisreasonableandtheproductisfilledfully.Theplasticmeltflowfrontissimilartotraditionalinjectionmoldingwhichlikesfountain.Theinjectionspeedhasagreatimportanceonthemicrocylinderfillingheight,thefillingheightisi
