2、resistancetoPhytophthorarootrot，whichwillbegreatimportanceforthediseasecontr01．1．ScreeningofresistanceresourceisabasisofsearchingfornovelresistancegenesorQTLsinbreedingfordiseaseresistance．Inthisstudy,screeningsofwildsoybeangermplasmsresistanceandtolerancetoPh

3、ytophthorarootrotwereperformedinordertoidentifyandexploitnovelresistantandtolerantsources．Onehundredandfourwildsoybeanaccessionswereusedtoidentifiedforresistancetotwo脚tophthorasojaeisolatesPS41—1(virulenceformula：la，ld，2，3b，3c，4，5，6，7，8)andPSJS2(virulenceformu

4、la：la，lb，lc，ld，lk，2，3a，3b，3c，4，5，6，7，8)usingcotyledonplug—inoculationmethodinseedlingstage．Theresultshowedthat33and35wildsoybeanaccessionswereresistanttoisolatesPS41—1andPSJS2，respectively．Moreover,18wildsoybeanaccessionswereidentifiedresistancetobothisolates．

5、Subsequently,82wildsoybeanaccessionsselectedwereusedfortoleranceevaluationtothetwoP．sojaeisolatesusinginoculum—layermethod．Theresultshowedthat7wildsoybeanaccessionsappearedhighlevelsoftolerance．Theseresultsindicatedthatnovelsourcesresistanceand／ortolerancetoP．
