1、基于SOA的档案管理系统设计与实现中文摘要随着网络及信息技术的发展，政府部门、事业单位、各大公司都拥有着各自的业务、办公系统，而这些系统又每时每刻产生着大量的电子档案。根据国家档案局的要求，对于这些重要的电子档案各级档案局（馆）需要进行及时、有效、安全地收集管理并加以利用。这就要求档案管理系统与现有的或将有的其它业务系统进行集成。传统的集成方法点对点集成、EAI由于其自身的局限性无法达到企业对集成的要求。随着Web服务和SOA技术的成熟，融合Web服务和SOA面向服务的集成(SOI)将是当前集成的最好方法。它最大的特点是技术的标准性、平台的独

2、立性和服务的可重用性。本文从介绍当前档案管理系统对集成的需求现状及面向服务集成的核心技术SOA和Web服务理论入手，提出了一种基于SOA的架构的档案管理系统的总体设计方案。分别论述了面向服务的需求分析与设计(SOAD)、面向服务集成的开发及面向服务集成的案例实现。突出了基于SOA面向服务的集成与平台无关、易于扩展、易于集成等特点。通过分析，说明了基于SOA架构的档案管理系统的优势及意义，并结合苏州工业园区档案管理中心在建的档案管理系统与OA系统及虚拟档案室系统建立接口中SOA的具体应用来进行阐述。关键词：SOA，Web服务，企业服务总线，档案
