3、implantsandtwentyfourtitaniumalloymini-implantswereplantedinthebuccalsidesofthejawofmini-pigsbyself-drilling.Twogroupsofmini-implantsleftandrightsidesissymmetricaldistribution,andthenumberofthefracturedmini-implantswasrecorded.Approximately200gconstantandcontinuousforcebystretchin

4、gclosednickel-titaniumspringswereimmediateloadedforeverytwoadjoinedmini-implantsfortenweeks.Andnickeltitaniumtensionspringlengthmeasurement.Checkthestabilityofthemini-implants,anddentaltweezerstomeasuremini-implantsloosedegree.Aftertenweeks,themini-pigswerekilled,againtodetectmini

5、-implantsloosedegree.Thenumberofremainingmini-implantsinthetwogroupswasrecorded.ApplicationofSPSSsoftwareanalyzethesuccessrateofstainlesssteelandtitaniumalloymini-implants,withstatisticalsignificance(p<0.05).AccordingtoXrayfourstainlesssteelandfourtitaniumalloymini-implantsrespect

6、ivelywerechosentomakeMicro-CTscanning.UsingiCAT3Dsoftwareforanalyzingthree-dimensionalimages,TC-Analyserdedicatedskeletalanalysissoftware,mini-implantsbonedensitymeasurementsaround,gettrabeculardifferentindicatorsdata,Comparewithimmediateloadingofstainlesssteelandtitaniumalloymini
