5、otch1,Psen1,Hes1weredetectedbyRT-PCR.Results:(1)Recoverofneurologicalfuction:NeurologicaldeficitsofmodelgroupthandIAgroupweresignificantrepairedat1dayafterischemiaandreperfusion.TheNeurologicaldeficitswererepairedprogressivelywiththeprolongationoftime.Comparewithmodelgroup,th
