1、ABSTRACTWiththerapiddevelopmentofelectronicindustry,thedemandsofferricchlorideetchingsolutionhasbeengraduallyincreased.Intheetchingprocess,alargenumberofwasteferricchlorideetchingsolutionweredischargedfromproductionlineinevitably.Ifthewasteliquidisdischargedwithouttreating,itwilln
2、otonlypollutetheenvironment,alsocancausethewasteofresources.Ifitcanbetreatedandrecycled,theresultsnotonlycanachievegoodenvironmentalbenefits,butalsocanincreasetheenterprise’sconsiderableeconomicbenefits.Thisarticleusedthemembraneelectrolyticseparationmethodtoregenerateandrecyclewa
3、steferricchlorideetchingsolutioncontainingnickel,electrolyticanodeliquidcouldbedirectlyreturnedtotheetchingprocess,cathodeliquorcouldpreparatenanometerironyellowpowder,lipophilicmodificationaimedtoreduceoiladditivesintheprocessofpigmentpreparation,andmotherliquorafterthepreparatio
4、nofnanometerironyellowpowdertoremovenickelandCOD,theresultswereasfollows:(1)Themethodtowasteferricchlorideetchingsolutioncontainingnickelbymembraneelectrolyticregenerationwasfeasible.Theoptimumcombinationwereasfollows:Whentheflowratioofanodechamberandcathodechamberwas4:1,cellvolta
5、gewas6.0V,currentdensitywas2290A/m~120A/m,theelectrolyticcurrentefficiencywashighthan95%.(2)Throughstaticetchingexperiment,electrolyticanodefluid(namelyrenewableetchingliquid)toevaluateitsetchingperformance,theresultsshowedthattherenewableetchingliquidmetthedemandsoftheetchingproc
6、ess,andtheoptimumcombinationwereasfollows:Whenetchingtemperaturewas50℃,theetchantcontained90%oftherenewedetchingsolution,freeacidconcentrationwasmorethan0.3mol/L,therenewableetchingliquid’setchingratewasthelargest.(3)Electrolyticcathodeliquidasarawmaterial,usingchemicalcoprecipita
7、tionmethodtopreparatenanometerironyellow,theexperimentalresultsshowedthatthetemperaturewas20℃,thevolumeratioofcathodeliquid(50%,thedistilledwaterdiluted)andcetyltrimethylammoniumbromidesolutionconcentration(0.4g/L)was5:1,0.4mol/LsodiumhydroxideadjustingreactionsystempHof4,airflowr
