1、关,与面团形成时间和沉淀值均呈极显著负相关;穗长和小穗粒数与品质性状相关性均未达到显著水平。可以看出品质性状和农艺性状间存在较复杂的相互影响,对品质性状和农艺性状应在不同的育种目标中有不同的要求。4、高分子量谷蛋白分析表明,引进的CIMMYT材料共检测到9种不同的亚基类型。在Glu-A1、GIu-B1和a“.D,位点上均检测到3种亚基类型。特别是优质亚基5+10亚基出现频率高达82.82%,2’在这批材料中出现频率也较高,达45.45%。供试材料中发现了15种HMW.GS组合类型,其中亚基组合(2’,13+16,5+10)所占材料比比最大,是优势亚基组合(频率是
