2、enwatersupplyanddemandhasaperniciousinfluenceonsocio-economicharmoniousdevelopment.OntheobjectofurbanwatersupplyinSuzhou,syntheticallyconsideringpropertiesandparticularitiesofindustrialwaterandmunicipalwaterinSuzhou,characteristicparameterofkindsofwaterwerepresented,emerg

3、encywatersupplyallocationmodelsofSuzhoucitywasestablished.Accordingtothreemainprinciplesofemergencywatersupplyandtheloweststandardofwatersupply,urbanemergencyratingofwatersupplywasdeveloped.Onthebasisoffourinfluencingfactors--naturalendowmentofwaterresources,watercharacte

4、risticcoefficient,populationandGDP,mathematicalmodelbasedonrelationshipbetweeninfluencingfactorsandurbanemergencyratingofwatersupplywasestablished,fiveemergencyratingwasrepresented.Urbandomesticwaterconsumptionandindustrialwaterconsumptionwereanalyzedandcalculatedinthepap

5、er.Basedonanalyzingsixkindsofdomesticwater--drinkingwater,washingwater,kitchenwater,hand-washingwater,flushingwaterandshoweringwater,thelowesturgentdomesticwaterconsumptionpercapitaunderdifferenturgentconditionswascalculated.Bycomparingthreecomputingmethodsofweight--exper

6、tevaluationmethod,analytichierarchyprocessandinputoutputmethod,weightcoefficientofindustrialwaterwasdetermined.OnthebasisofwatersupplyofSuzhoucity,modelparameterswerepresented.Usingmulti-objectiveplanningmethod,emergencywatersupplyallocationmodelsofSuzhoucitywassolved.The

7、modelbasedonemergencywatersupplyofSuzhouin2007wascheckedandthenemergencywatersupplyofSuzhouin2015,2020and2025wasforecastedbythemodel,urbandomesticwaterconsumptionandindustrialwaterconsumptionunderfiveemergencyratingwererepresented,whichprovidedacertainreferenceforaemergen
