2、sionalproperties.Inthispaper,theeffectofdiaphragmonthetorsionalpropertieswasstudiedfromtheviewofengineeringpractice.Themainresearchresultsareasfollows:(1)Thetestmodelsofboxgirderwithcorrugatedsteelwebsisdesignedandtested,andselectedreasonableunittypeandmaterialpropertiesofANSYSfiniteelement
3、simulation.TheresultsshowethattheANSYSfiniteelementmodelcalculationresultsandthetestbeamexperimentaldataanalysisresultsareinagreementwitheachother.Anditprovesthat,themodelingprocessofsteelwebplateconnectedtothetop,bottomrigidconnectionisfeasible,andtheANSYSmodeliscorrect.(2)Boxgirder’storsi
4、onisobviousunderpartialloadwithoutdiaphragmplate,thetorsionalperformanceispoorer.Adddiaphragmplatecanimprovethetorsionstiffness,butalsotocontrolthewarpingstressofconcreteandsteelwebplateshearstressisfavorable.(3)Increasethenumberofdiaphragmisimprovedtoacertainextentthetorsionalbehaviorofbox
5、beam,whenthediaphragmreachesacertainnumber,boxbeamtorsionperformanceincreaseslowlyreduced.Thediaphragmhasgreateffectontheheightspanratiocorrugatedsteelwebboxgirderislarger,lessimpactonthehighspanrelativelysmallboxgirder.Suggestionsofboxgirderwithcorrugatedsteelwebsasfaraspossibleinthedesign
6、ofheighttospanratioof1/14to1/9.Whenthehigh-spanratiogreaterthan1/9,itisrecommendedthecrossbeamarrangedas1,greaterthan1/14whenthespanratioislessthan1/9,theproposedamountofthecrossbeamarrangedas3,whenahigh-spanratioislessthan1/14recommendationarrangedtransversebulkheadsnumber5.(4)Thickdiaphra
7、gmcanreducethedistortionofboxgirderandincreasesthetorsionalproperties.Diaphragmstogetherthanthescatteredlayoutincreasemorefavorableoftorsionalpropertiesonboxgirderwithcorrugatedsteelwebsunderreversal.Itissuggestthatdiaphragmplatethicknessdesignforacorrug
