1、天津大学硕士学位论文七星微电子库存管理问题研究姓名：陈正明申请学位级别：硕士专业：工业工程指导教师：王正欧;王瑞庭20070901中文摘要我国制造产业正面临良好的发展机遇，但严峻的库存管理现状使越来越多的企业意识到，现代制造业的竞争已经逐渐从质量、服务的竞争转向了物流竞争。作为物流的重要环节之一是库存，如何通过分析库存原因、挖掘有效控制方法，达到降低成本提高企业利润的目的是身处困境中的电子制造企业急需解决的难题，也是其提高竞争优势的突破口，更是我国从制造业大国走向制造业强国的必经之路。通过对七星微电子公司管理现状和行业背景的分析以及原材料库存数据收集分析，本文主要研

2、究了以下内容：1．对七星微电子公司的背景、所处行业等进行了论述，对库存在企业的作用及产生的问题作了介绍。2．将传统的库存管理办法和当前比较流行的几种库存管理模式进行了梳理。3．本文将传统库存管理方法中的订货点控制法和MRP(MaterialRequirementsPlanning)控制方法相结合，提出了一种新的方法改进了现有的物料采购管理方法。并采用随机统计分析法和安全库存来解决由于企业需求预测困难而导致的库存问题。订货点控制法和MRP控制方法的结合使用，比单一依赖ERP建议采购和管理库存有了多方面的改进，将订货点技术操作简单、运行成本低的优点和MRP强大的网络计算
