1、摘要摘要当知识被认为是新经济时代企业获得持续竞争力的源泉时，知识型企业迅速崛起，知识经营成为企业经营管理发展的趋势。知识型企业知识经营作为一种全新的经营管理模式成了当今理论界、企业界的热门话题。本文通过简要概述知识型企业和知识经营的涵义与特征，阐述了国内外知识经营理论研究的发展过程，精选了微软和联想这两个分别代表国内外知识型企业实施知识经营的成功典范加以介绍；从系统理论的角度出发，通过介绍系统的一般理论，尝试把知识型企业的知识经营作为一个系统来研究，针对知识经营具有的自组织特征，对其进行自组织条件和自组织过程分析，并对知识型企业知识经营的内外环境进行了综合分析；探讨了知识型企业知

2、识经营的运行机制以及具体实施知识经营所必需的支撑体系的构建，其中包括创新体系、组织体系、信息网络体系和人力资源开发体系；在此研究的基础上，指出了知识型企业知识经营是新经济下企业发展的必然趋势，并具体对我国知识型企业实施知识经营的现状和存在的问题进行了剖析，有针对性地提出了促使我国知识型企业实施知识经营更加彻底与完善的八点对策；最后从哲学的角度对知识经营的方方面面进行了哲学反思，以甥拓宽研究领域。关键词：矢=识经营知识型企业系统——垒堕里璺AbstractAstheknowledgeisconsideredasthemainsourceofsustainabIecomDetitiv
