《单味苦参汤对大肠埃希菌致蒙医粘性腹刺痛症家兔未熟热证期催熟作用及机制研究》由会员上传分享,免费在线阅读,更多相关内容在学术论文-天天文库。
1、摘要目的:探讨蒙药苦参汤对蒙医未熟热期催熟作用及其现代病理生理机制。方法:选取30只家兔,随机分成3组,每组10只,分别为空白组、模型组、苦参组。采用8×lOj个/ml的大肠埃希菌0.2ml(iml)腹腔内多点注射制作蒙医“粘”性腹刺痛症及其未熟热证期、成熟热证期模型,苦参组于造模前灌胃单味苦参汤0.28569/lOml,模型组及空白组灌等量生理盐水,3组家兔饲正常饮食,分别检测3组家兔体温变化、观察证侯的变化。采集模型组与苦参组未成熟热期、成熟热期外周血,分别在零点、1.5~2.5小时、2.5~4.5小时,将采集到
