4、vetosolvetheminimumcostofpowergeneration,theminimumcostofenvironmentalimpact.However,themajorindustrialcountriesbegantoimplementtheelectricitymarketsincefromthelastcentury90’s,layeredcoordinateddecisionhavebecomeanimportantfeatureofthesystemtooptimizedecision-making,thentakeadvantageofth
5、etraditionalsinglegoalormulti-objectiveoptimizationmethodscannotsolvetheeconomicdispatchofsuchsystems,bi-levelprogrammingstartcomingintoview.Themainworkofthispaperisasfollows:Firstofall,theproblemofoptimalsupplyfunctionforpowerproducerwithEnergyStorageSystem(ESS)isstudied.Inordertoimprov
6、ethereliabilityandsecurityofthepowersupply,Weoftenneedtoconsideracertainspinningreserveforthepowersystem.Traditionalmethodisgenerallyconsideringgasturbinesordieselunitsatthepowersupplyside,butwiththeintegrationofdistributedenergyresourcesmore,spinningreserveneedmore.Thiswayisnottheeconom
