2、ics.Asamanagementmethodfornewtypeofgovernments,microblogaccountsongovernmentaffairshavetheirobviousadvantages.Properuseofmicroblogaccountsongovernmentaffairsingovernmentmanagementtoservethepublicandbuildelectronicgovernmentandservice-orientedgovernmenthaspositiveeffectsonin
3、formatizationmanagementofgovernment.Aftergoingthroughgrowthspurtofquantityin2011and2012,since2013,microblogaccountsongovernmentaffairshaveenteredaperiodofsteadydevelopment.Undergreaterattentionsandregulationsofthestate,microblogaccountsongovernmentaffairsarefunctioningbette
4、r.But,asnewly-emergingpropagationmediaofgovernment,microblogaccountsongovernmentaffairsmusthavesomefactorshinderingtheirhealthydevelopment,resultingintroublesoftheirdevelopmentandusage.Forexample,theimpactscreatedbytraditionalgovernmentmodels,insufficientunderstandingbyrele
5、vantstaffsandimperfectionofrelevantmechanismofmicroblogaccountsongovernmentaffairsleadstoproblemsofcurrentChinesemicroblogaccountsongovernmentaffairssuchasfuzzyboundarieswithtraditionalgovernmentwebsitesintermsoffunctions,imbalancesofdevelopmentindifferentplacesandoffieldso
6、fapplication,lackofbenigninteractionsbetweensubjectiveandobjectivebodiesandshortofstandardmanagementandsupportinsystemandmechanism.TheseproblemsarelimitingtheapplianceofmicroblogaccountsongovernmentaffairsinChina’sgovernmentmanagementandtheirhealthydevelopment.So,underthegu
