2、较。方法建立高效液相色谱方法,Diamonsil—C8色谱柱(4.6lnmx250nnn,5txm),流动相:乙N-O.05mol。LNaH,PO磷酸调pH值为3(30:70),流速:1ml·min~,柱温:30q2,检测波长为350nm处测定盐酸小檗碱。结果(1)泻心汤配方颗粒汤剂中盐酸小檗碱的平均含量显著高于传统汤剂汤剂的平均含量;(2)泻心汤传统汤剂对黑曲霉菌的抑菌作用大于配方颗粒汤剂、配方颗粒汤剂对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用大于传统汤剂;合煎液传统汤剂和配方颗粒汤剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌都有抑制作
