1、湖南大学硕士学位论文WTO后过渡期国有商业银行的产权改革策略探析姓名：武莹申请学位级别：硕士专业：国际贸易学指导教师：赖明勇20051010摘要本文以金融服务贸易自由化为背景，以国有商业银行产权改革为主线，并且以对策性、务实性而非纯理论分析为重点，探讨我国在WTO后过渡期国有商业银行深层次改革发展策略。本文选题的基本思路正是希望为解决这一问题得出一些可借鉴的经验和政策结论。本文共由三部分组成。第一部分以我国国有商业银行产权的改革历程以及存在的缺陷为背景，通过实证研究，得出国有商业银行的产权制度安排是国有商业银行问题的症结所在，国家所有的产权制度安排，只能导致国有银行经营的低效率。因此，对

2、国有商业银行进行产权制度改革，积极引进满足“参与约束”和“激励相容”的战略投资者，是提高国有商业银行效率和竞争力的首要策略，也是确保公司治理结构高效运行的基础；第二部分通过对日韩国有商业银行的外资战略的比较以及实证研究，阐述了我国在WTO后过渡期国有商业银行外资战略对产权改革的必要性和重要性；第三部分从内部治理与外资战略两个层面上提出了改革建议，以期对深化我国国有商业银行产权改革，迎接挑战提供一些借鉴作用。总之，要从根本上提升我国国有商业银行的综合素质，以积极的姿态迎接挑战，必须从根本上实行产权关系明晰化的改革，积极实行引入外资战略，只有如此，才能加快发展，才能在国际金融舞台上面对如林的
