2、xaminationsandotherformsofassessmentwhichcontributetothestudents'finalawards.ExternalExaminersmustthereforebeinvolvedinassessmentsofpre-finalStagesofprogrammesifthereisacarryforwardmarktothefinalaward.NormallyoneExternalExaminerwillbeappointedforeachsubjectarea.Thera

3、ngeofmoduleswithinthesubjectareaforwhichs/heistoberesponsibleshouldnotnormallyexceed360credits.ThenumberofExternalExaminerswillvaryfromprogrammeofstudytoprogrammeofstudy.ExternalExaminersarenormallyappointedforaperiodoffouracademicyears,withappointmentsrunningfrom1No
