3、ionandsoontoseekamoreeffectiveinthetreatmentofthepostoperativemixedhemorrhoidswithanalpendentswellsmethod.Methods：60casesofthepostoperativemixedhemorrhoidswererandomlydividedintoJiuhuacreamanalinfusiondressing(treatmentgroup)in30casesandJiuhuacreamcott

4、onballroutinetherapy(controlgroup)in30cases,observationanddetailedrecordoftwogroupsofclinicalsymptomsandsignsofchange,comparedtheeffectoftwogroups,treatmentandothercorrelationdifferenceindex.Results:Comparisonofclinicaleffectsoftwogroupsafterthetreatme

5、nt,thetreatmentgroupwasbetterthancontrolgroup(p＜0.05).Thediagramwhichwasdrawedaccordingtothedegreeofanalpendentswellsandpainandthedefecation,isfoundinthetreatmentgroupwasbetterthanthecontrolgroup.Theanalpendentswellsandthetotaleffectiverateofthetherapy

6、wereanalyzedstatisticallycomparedbetweenthegroups,therewassignificantdifference(p＜0.05).Conclusions:Jiuhuacreamwiththeeffectofeliminatingswellsandpain,promotinggrowthofskinandmuscle,Jiuhuacreamintoanusbysyringecanreducethepostoperativemixedhemorrhoidsw
