5、dividualinterviewlastedfor20minutesor上海师范人学硕十学位论文摘要细菌SP船一3次级代谢产物的分离纯化摘要l愀嬲细菌SPPB一3是一种由土壤中发现并分离得到的具有潜在生产农用抗生素的菌株。该细菌的代谢产物对几种常见农业病害菌都有抑菌作用,其中对于狄霉病菌有90%的抑菌效果,而对稻瘟病菌和白粉病菌有70%的效果。本文通过对于细菌SPPB一3代谢产物早期理化性质的研究,结合生物活性测定的跟踪方法,发现其在离体条件下对于稻瘟病菌有着较好的抑菌效果。通过其对稻瘟病菌的细菌效果的跟踪,运用了数种不同的分离分析方法,包括溶剂
