1、基于HyperMILL的整体叶轮五轴高速数控加工技术研究摘要五轴加工技术是以加工高复杂性零件、提高复杂性零件加工质量和提高复杂性零件加工效率为基本特征,解决普通三轴数控机床所不能解决或解决不好的加工问题,它是近些年来在世界上迅速崛起的先进制造技术之一。五轴加工技术充分利用刀具的最佳切削点或通过进一步优化刀具和工件的位姿角来进行切削,从而获得更高的切削效率和更好的加工表面质量。以五轴高速数控加工作为研究出发点,阐述了五轴切削加工的概念、特性、应用现状及关键技术等,研究了高速切削加工工艺和路径策略,并以整体
2、叶轮加工为例,通过对五轴叶轮加工工艺方案的拟定,确定加工参数,计算出叶轮的加工刀轨路径,生成机床加工代码,最后加工出合格的零件。CAM技术是五轴高速数控加工中关键技术之一,论文以HyperMILL平台,研究了HyperMILL软件的高速加工策略和整体叶轮五轴加工的路径规划,有效地减少了加工循环次数、减少加工步骤,提高了加工精度和加工效率。关键词:HyperMILL;五轴加工;高速加工;整体叶轮;自由曲面2TheResearchontheFive-AxisandHigh-speedNCMachiningo

6、ellerasanexample,thispaperdefinestheschemeofcuttingtechniques,conformthecuttingparameters,calculatesthepathsofcuttingtoolsandbuildsthecodeofNC.Aqualifiedimpellercanbecutbycodementionedabove.ThetechnologyofCAMisoneofkeytechnologiesoffive-axisNC.Basedonthe
