3、hemicalreactions,notonlycolorimetricanalysis,butalsochemiluminescenceandfluorescenceanalysisisnecessary;enzymaticassayandtheimmunoassaywilloccurinthesameinstrument.Inthepaper,thethreekindsofopticaldetectionmodeweredesignedformultifunctionalmicroplateana
4、lyzer,includingabsorptionspectroscopy,fluorescenceandchemical/biologicalluminescence.ThroughtheembeddedWinCEsystem,friendlyanalyzersoftwarewasdeveloped,withembeddedSQLitedatabaseformanagementofexperimentaldata.Themainfunctionofsoftwareincludesacquisitio
5、n,analysis,displayandmanagementofbiochemicalexperimentsdata.Firstly,theprincipleanddesignmethodsofabsorptionspectra,fluorescence,andchemical/biologicalluminescencedetectionforthreedetectionmodule,wasintroduced,whichisbasisoffunctionrequirementandspecifi
6、cationofmulti-functionmicroplateanalyzer.Secondly,hereintroducedtheoveralldesign,hardwaredesignandsoftwaredesign;Finally,debuggingandtestingmethodwasestablished.Theoveralldesignofthesysteminclude:WinCE-basedhuman-machineinterface,STM32-basedcontrolcircu
7、ittothemechanicalandelectricaldevicesandtheserialcommunicationprotocolofModbus-RTUbetweenSTM32andWinCE.Heretheselectionsofmasterchip,barcodescanner,steppermotor,operatingsystem,werediscussed.Herecommunicationprotocolsbetweencentralcontrolmoduleandperiph
