6、pril2013,thepowertocommissionmostNHSserviceswillshiftfromPCTstoconsortiaofGPpractices,supportedbytheNHSCommissioningBoard.GPcommissioning,whichformspartoftheHealthandSocialCareBillcurrentlygoingthroughparliament,isthenewnationalapproachtothedesignanddeliveryofhealthcare.Th
