3、40·中文论著摘要·水杨酸钠诱导的耳鸣小鼠耳蜗内毛细胞带状突触的变化目的通过研究水杨酸钠对耳鸣小鼠耳蜗内毛细胞带状突触的影响,探讨水杨酸钠诱导耳鸣的发病机制。方法C57BL/6J小鼠每日水杨酸钠(350mg/kg)J诖行腹腔注射10天,取不同的时间点为实验组,同时间点等体积生理盐水腹腔注射作为对照,同时对小鼠进行行为学监测筛选最适条件刺激及给药后的假阳性反应和阳性反应率。使用免疫荧光双标法对耳蜗内毛细胞带状突触前膜RIBEYE蛋白和突触后膜GluR2&3蛋白进行标记,激光共聚焦显微镜观察,运用3Dmax8.0软件对带状突触进行三维建模及重
