3、copyhasbeenperformedonSb(111)toeluci-datetheoriginofanomalouselectronicpropertiesingroup-Vsemimetalsurfaces.Thesurfacewasfoundtobemetallicdespitethesemimetalliccharacterofbulk.Weclearlyobservedtwosurface-derivedFermisurfaceswhicharelikelyspinsplit,demonstratingthatthespin-orbitinter
4、actionplaysadominantroleincharacterizingthesurfaceelectronicstatesofgroup-Vsemimetals.TheuniversalityordissimilarityoftheelectronicstructureinBiandSbisdiscussedinrelationtothegranularsuperconductivity,electron-phononcoupling,andsurfacechargeorspindensitywave.DOI:10.1103/PhysRevLett.
