4、实验室,山东济南250061;2.山东大学模具工程技术研究中心,山东济南250061)摘要:给出了渗碳层碳浓度的数学模型及求解的差分方法,提出了渗碳层浓度场数值振荡问题的解决方法、平面问题和轴对称问题的瞬态浓度场变分方法,利用有限元中的四节点四边形等参元编写了求解平面问题和轴对称问题的渗碳工艺模拟软件。通过直齿圆柱齿轮渗碳和圆柱体渗碳试验与有限元模拟结果的对比,检验了本文所开发的有限元模拟程序的准确性。对比结果表明,有限元方法的模拟结果与和试验测量结果吻合得较好。关键词:气体渗碳;有限元法;模拟;碳浓度中图分类号:TG15;TK124;TB
